We have recently been working with Liz and Anne on a number of programmes, HR strategy/Team Development day development proposal and a Coaching Programme for a number of our senior managers.
We have found both Liz and Anne great to work with, responsive and insightful to our needs. They provide excellent, timely and well-developed proposals which not only captured/reflected our needs but added to them. To date the feedback from our managers on the coaching programme has been incredibly positive evidenced by the fact that all have committed to this voluntary development opportunity and already are seeing the value.

The 'Coaching Skills for Managers Course' provided us with practical resources and tools to help us work together effectively in this new normal. Focusing on the team as a dependent unit, working towards being clear about our purpose, identifying the factors that drive effectiveness has given us a common understanding of what we need to do to appropriately support our teams moving forward.
