This programme is aimed at equipping Team Managers and Team Leaders with the foundational skills and knowledge to support their team achieving their shared purpose covering
- Coaching the individuals in the team
- Establishing the team purpose
- Clarifying values and behaviours
- Designing how the team works together
- Understanding how the team works through difference and times of challenge
- Communication within the team
Session 1 - The Manager as Coach
Session 2 - Coaching your Team
Session 3 - Working through Divergence & Conflict
Session 4 - Bringing Convergence and Communication
Session 5 - The Road Map for you and the Team
This course is for leaders with no formal coach training, and has evolved from our programme designed as advanced training for coaches, which we have successfully delivered online since February 2020.
The programme can also be tailored for delivery in-company.
